Electrofusion Processor:
The universal automatic fusion control box has a computerized command system for fully automatic control and energy supply monitoring. Every fitting has a bar code label which contains the information needed for correct fusion. The electrofusion time is established automatically, adjusting for the ambient temperature as measured by an external probe. Simply hold the wand like a pencil and position it slightly in front of the bar code. Then move it quickly and smoothly across the label. You can read it from left or right.
The unit can be set to require a user password. In this way you can ensure that only trained personnel can use the equipment. The unit can also document up to 500 electrofusions in memory. Reports indicate the fusion date, time, ambient temperature, fitting type and size, user ID, and even the manufacturer of the part.

Re-rounding Clamps:
HDPE pipe, especially in large pipe diameters can become oval shaped, which is normally caused by exposure to heat and sunlight, and also heavy loading on the pipe as it is stored. This makes the process of installing the electrofusion fitting much more difficult, Integrity Fusion Products, Inc. offers re-rounding clamps which will shape the hdpe pipe back into it's original round shape. This makes the process of installing the coupling much quicker and easier. Clamps are available from 8" DIPS to 63" IPS HDPE pipe sizes.
